SmitIQ Ltd · UK software company

Software for serious ecommerce operators.

We build and run software for marketplace sellers and ecommerce teams. We use it ourselves every day.

What we do

Software for the work behind the storefront.

SmitIQ is a UK software company. We build and run our own SaaS products: a selling platform for Amazon sellers, accounting middleware that ties marketplaces to Xero, and booking software for mobile service businesses.

We come from ecommerce operations, not agencies. These tools exist because we needed them in our own businesses first, and they only ship once they hold up in day-to-day trading.

ProfitEdge

Live

An operating platform for Amazon sellers. ProfitEdge ties supplier buying, landed costs, stock and FBA movements to your orders, fees, VAT, reviews, repricing and profit, and brings eBay and Shopify into the same view. There's also a mobile warehouse app for scanning, book-in and labelling.

Services for Amazon sellers: wholesale sourcing and buy lists, stock and FBA inbound management, order and SKU-level profit analytics, fee monitoring, profit-aware repricing, review requests, reimbursement help and a compliance assistant. Delivered via Amazon's Selling Partner API across 13 Amazon marketplaces.

Marketplace Accounting

On demand

Middleware that sits between your marketplaces and your accounts. It pulls settlement and payout data each morning, works out the correct VAT treatment for every line, and posts reconciled invoices into Xero. Your accountant approves the mappings once; the pipeline does the rest.

Connects: Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Mirakl marketplaces (B&Q, Debenhams, Tesco), OnBuy, ManoMano, Fruugo → Xero.

Round

Coming soon

Booking software for trades and mobile services. Round answers the phone when you can't, books the job, and plans the day into a sensible driving route, so you spend the day working rather than scheduling.

In development. Early access opens later this year.

Why us

Built from the operator's side of the screen.

Decades in ecommerce

We've run marketplace and direct-to-consumer businesses for years. Catalogues, fulfilment, fee disputes, VAT returns. That's where the product decisions come from.

Built by operators

We use everything we build. Features that don't survive a real trading day get cut.

Secure by design

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is least-privilege, and each tool only collects what it needs.
